MASSAGE
This is the treatment for physical rejuvenation which enables to regain youthfulness even for aged people.

HEAD, FACE & SHOULDER MASSAGE
Through head massage we get good relaxation in our brain. By face massage, sight improves and cheeks become plum. By shoulder massage our muscles and nerves becomes relaxed and will reduce shoulder pain.

CHAVITTICHIRUMMU (Foot Massage)
There are 108 vital points (marmas) in the human body. Whose malfunctions can create various disorders physically and mentally help to apply proper pressure in large portion at the same time. It helps to bring back the normal function of vital points. We use three types of medicated oils for head, face and body massage. It also includes steam bath.

SIRODHARA & THAKRA DHARA
It is the treatment for mental illness and autonomic nervous system lesions. In Sirodhara we use medicated oil. In Thakradhara we use medicated butter milk.
Sira – means Head and Dhara means the continuous flow of a liquid. In this process some herbal oils, medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc, are poured on the forehead in a special method of about 40 minutes in a day for a period of 7 to 21 days. This treatment is mainly for insomnia, loss of memory, headaches, mental tension and certain skin diseases.

PIZHICHIL
This is the therapy for neurological and musculoskeletal disorders, paralysis, rheumatism and nervous breakdowns.
It is one among the rare and special treatments of Kerala. In this treatment, lukewarm herbal oils are applied all over the body by two to four trained therapists in a special rhythmic way continuously for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 21 days. This treatment is done in a special table made from a single piece of Strychnos Nuxvomica wood. This treatment is very useful for Rheumatic diseases like arthritis, paralysis, hemiplegia, paralysis – agitanus, sexual weakness, nervous weakness and nervous disorders etc.
Duration: Minimum 3 days.
NJAVARAKIZHI
This is the therapy in degenerative disorders like an intervertibral discprolapse, lumbar vertebrae, lumbar lordosis spondylolisthesis, rheumatoid and osteo. Arthritis of lumbosacral area.
It is a type of sudation process in which the whole body or any specific part there of is made to perspire by the application of certain medicinal puddings externally in the form of boluses tied up in muslin bag. Two to four masseurs apply this for about 60 to 90 minutes per day for a period of 14 days. This treatment is for all types of rheumatism, pain in the joints, emaciation of limbs, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and certain kind of skin diseases.

NASYAM
Introduction of medicated oil preparation, decoction oils and ghee to eliminate the morbid factors from the head and neck area. It is very effective for dryness of the nose, sinus congestion, migraine, headache and certain eye and ear problems and sinusitis.
Duration: 5 Days (25 minutes per day)
THARPANAM
This is the treatment for eye diseases like short sight, immature, cataract, glaucoma optic nerve disorders etc.
Duration: 45 Minutes
KATEEVASTY
This is the treatment to save your back pain and lumbar problems.

SIROVASTHI
Certain lukewarm herbal oils are poured into a cap fitted on the head and held for 15 to 60 minutes per day according to the patient’s conditions for a period of 07 days. This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headaches and other diseases of the head.

MARMA KIZHI
A herbal rejuvenation therapy combined with Raksha thirummu. A very relaxing yet stimulating experience, invigorating and lending a wonderful sense of calmness and well-being. A safe treatment for various physical problems. For this treatment we make a mixture of different herbal powders and tie it in a cloth bag. After the message, this kizhi bag is heated in the Ayurvedic herbal oil and is administrated in the affected area or the entire body. This therapy is good for back pain, joint pain, sprains, nervous weakness, rheumatism etc.
